The dealer portal offers the dealer convenient, secure access to various functionalities. The access is regulated by an appropriate user and rights management.

The customer portal always provides direct access to the latest version of the interface documentation, the general terms and conditions, the data protection information and support requests can be made directly from the portal.
The language can currently be selected between German and English.
In the following, further important functionalities of the portal are explained in more detail:
Account and master data management
This function can be used to manage the master data of the merchant, such as address and contact data, and the account data of the registered user, such as user profile and password.
With corresponding rights (optional), personalized accesses for employees can also be created and managed, provided that they also require access to the portal. The corresponding login information is automatically sent to the employee by e-mail after successful creation of a new account.
In addition to the basic data (name and e-mail address), each employee can be granted individual authorizations (for administrators, among others). Authorizations control access to application functions. Administrators always have all authorizations.
A graphical overview page (home page) gives the user an initial overview of certain key figures and developments relating to the use of ePayment online transfers.
Transaction Overview and Transaction Details
A transaction overview is available for initial access. This can be restricted using filter criteria and serves as a starting point to call up further, specific transaction details, or can be extracted using CSV export.
Manual account reconciliation (optional)
You can use the manual account reconciliation process to check the actual cash receipt of a transaction on the receiving bank account. To do this, the recipient account to be used is verified by logging into your online banking portal. The account access data is not stored permanently. Once this action has been completed, the actual account reconciliation is carried out in the background.
A paycode overview is available for initial access. This can be restricted using filter criteria and serves as a starting point to call up further specific transaction details (for example, whether a paycode has already been used) or can be extracted using CSV export.
In addition, a number of other configurations can be made that affect the use of our product:
Function for configuring the API keys for the test and production environment, including the specification of IP addresses and IP ranges, which are checked each time the respective API key is used.
At this point, the receiving bank account must be deposited, which then serves as the receiving account for the SEPA credit transfer for all transactions. Automatic account reconciliation can also be activated. This can be used to check the actual receipt of money from the transaction on the receiving bank account. To do this, the recipient account to be used is verified by logging into your online banking portal. The account access data is stored permanently. Once this action has been completed, the actual account reconciliation is carried out in the background and repeated once a day.
Function for configuring the link for forwarding in case of success or failure and for webhook communication in a successful transaction system.
Payment form (optional)
You can use this function to create and manage new design variants for the payment form. The payment form variants created here can then be controlled via the interface. You can also define a payment form as a default.
You can use this function to adapt the payment form to the desired design (texts, logos, colors). Please note that industrial property rights (in particular trademark rights) and agreements that affect the use of logos and images must be observed. Detailed explanations of the settings can be found in the further documentation within the dialog. The changes made are made directly visible via a preview function.
You can use this function to create test calls for the production and test environment. The user is then forwarded directly to the appropriate payment form and can go through the payment process. This function can be used, for example, to simulate system behavior without having to integrate the system into a test infrastructure.
In this area the provider gets access to the extensive documentation of the system, both for the actual product and the optional paycode extension. For this purpose, a separate integration guide and an executable Swagger documentation are available.
KYC (know your customer)
In the course of the onboarding process there are further areas within the portal which are only temporarily available to exchange necessary information between us and the provider.
